Young Returning to Norman North for Senior Season
Trae Young is coming back to Norman North for his senior year according to Scott Wright of the Oklahoman. Last year Young averaged nearly 34 points per game leading the Timberwolves to the State Championship game. Family and friends played a huge role in Young’s decision to stay home.
“This gives me one more year to spend at home with my family before I leave for college,” Young told the Oklahoman. “And also one more year with friends that I’ve known since I moved to Norman as a kid years ago.”
Young wrote a letter to announce his choice to stay home. To view the complete letter click the link below for the Oklahoman’s story.
