Ethan Chargois 2017 Team Griffin Forward
Chargois has been huge for Team Griffin on the Nike EYBL Circuit. He is currently averaging 11.3 points and 7 rebounds per game. Chargois picked up an offer from Colorado after the first live period weekend. He has decent size at the four, good jumper, toughness, finishes around the rim, rebounds well and can even step out and stretch the defense from behind the arc. Chargois is projected as a High Major Forward.
RJ Fuqua 2017 Oklahoma Run PWP Point Guard
Fuqua is the definition of a floor general for Oklahoma Run PWP on the UA Circuit. He is undersized at 5’10” but has everything you could want in a Point Guard. Fuqua is tough, handles the ball well, knows when to shoot and when to pass, has a smooth outside shot and is extremely quick with ball in hands. Fuqua holds an offer from ORU. Don’t be surprised to see Fuqua pick up some more Division I offers before the summer ends.
Omar Boone 2017 Team Griffin Point Guard
Boone has been a surprise in the Nike EYBL with Team Griffin. He is a spark plug for Team Griffin off the bench providing instant offense for himself and teammates. Boone is undersized, but uses his speed to offset his height. He is very efficient from the floor averaging 7 point per game on 48% shooting. Boone is more of a scoring point guard. He recently picked up an offer from Fresno State.
Adrian Rodriguez 2017 Oklahoma Run PWP Forward
Rodriguez has shined on the Under Armor Circuit dominating in the paint. He has proven he can bang with the bigs in the paint and rebounded extremely well. Currently, Rodriguez sits at #11 in rebounding on the Under Armour Circuit. Standing at 6’7″ Rodriguez has the strength to finish in the paint along with the jump shot to hit three-pointers.
Harrison Stoddart 2017 Oklahoma Run PWP Forward
Stoddart has been the surprise of the spring on the Under Armour Circuit. He has gotten tougher in the paint and improved his three-point shot. Stoddart stretches the defenses with his ability to shoot the basketball. Stoddart has elevated his game to the Division I level. He does not hold a Division I offer yet, but it won’t be long if he continues to play at this high of a level. Stoddart is averaging 8.8 points on 53% shooting from the floor and 52% shooting from three-point range.
Brewster Peacock 2017 Oklahoma Impact Shooting Guard
Peacock led Verdigris to a State Title this past year and has continued to dominate this spring. He has the size you look for in a shooting guard at 6’4″ pushing towards 6’5.” Peacock has great range with the ability to get hot in a hurry. He has a chance to draw Division I interest if he can continue to score the basketball like he did this spring. Peacock has flown under the radar for quite some time, but that could change soon.
Connor Crow 2017 OKC Wizards Combo Guard
Crow is able to run the point or play off the ball at shooting guard. He plays with an extremely high basketball IQ on the floor. Crow can score the basketball in all three phases of the game. Crow is best at getting to the basket and making plays happen for himself and teammates. A couple of Ivy league schools have reached out to Crow. He has great interest from Division II schools as well.
Brantly Thompson 2017 OKC Wizards Shooting Guard
Thompson has ideal size at the two or three at 6’5″ with the ability to score. He is a slasher to the bucket that finishes well with contact. Thompson had a huge performance at the Texas GASO in the last live period in April. Thompson has been reached out to by several Division II programs mixed in with a couple of small Division I programs.
Kyle Keener 2017 Oklahoma Run PWP Select Center
Keener is one of the better big men in the 2017 Oklahoma Class. He has fought through injuries this spring, but when he has been on the court he has been very effective. Keener stands at 6’8″ with a good physical build. Keener has a nice back to the basket game and can also be an effective jump shooter from 12 and in. Division II programs will love Keener as 6’8″ post don’t come around Oklahoma often.
Callen Haydon 2017 Primetime Point Guard
Simply put, Haydon can fill it up from just about anywhere on the court. Haydon has a decent handle at the Point and can play off the ball as well. He is most effective with the ball in his hands creating offense. Division II programs will love Haydon’s ability to score. If he was 6′ he would have a lot of bigger schools on him. With that said he could have some low Division I looks come along with Primetime if he can continue to play well.
