His father Terry Long coaches him throughout his career at Mustang. The two have a very special bond. Prep Hoops caught up with Jakloby.
“I will miss my family and friends next year,” Long said.
Jakloby is headed to Iowa State next year. He dominated over his four years of high school basketball in Oklahoma and says he is ready for the challenge of the BIG12.
“I am most looking forward to playing basketball in the Hilton Magic Coliseum next year,” Long said. “I loved the campus and my future teammates.”
Long adds Oklahoma Basketball Coaches Association Player of the Year to his long list of awards over his four years at Mustang. The Broncos will certainly miss Long on the court next season.
