Owen, Green, and Gondal all have a chance to be a nice small college prospect in the 2016 Class. Whatley has tons of potential in the 2017 Class to be a special talent in the paint.
Garrett Owen 2016 Guard Woodward
Owen is undersized at the Point, but overcomes his size with his work ethic on the hardwood. He is always hustling going the extra step to make a play for his team. He sees the floor very well and gets his teammates involved at a high level. Owen can get very hot from deep if opponents leave him open. He is a small college prospect that is very underrated in the 2016 Class. At Point Guard Owen uses his quickness to his advantage getting past defenders in the lane to find easy baskets for himself and teammates.
Jake Green 2016 Guard Stillwater
Green is an undersized Point Guard, but had an amazing showing at Prep Hoops Oklahoma Combine using his wits. He plays extremely smart on the court as the floor general. Green has a nice pull up from around the free-throw line. The best attribute Green possess is his ability to get his teammates involved and set up for success on the floor. Green has a bright future and should receive many small college looks with his ability to scan the floor and adjust on the fly. Tough is a great way to describe Green on defense. You will never catch Green not hustling.
Justin Whatley 2017 McAlester Power Forward
Whatley has a chance to turn into a nice prospect in the 2017 Class. Standing at 6'8″ without shoes Whatley will catch many college coaches eyes. He is still raw in many areas, but the potential is certainly there. At the Prep Hoops Oklahoma Combine he showed his ability to block shots in the paint. He has been working hard on his footwork and it is starting to show on the floor. Whatley did show improvement on offense making shots around the rim. If Whatley can knock shots down around the rim it will elevate his prospect level. He is a player in the 2017 Class to circle to watch next summer.
Jalal Gondal 2016 Noble Forward
Gondal is very overlooked in the 2016 Class at Forward. He has the ability to score in the paint, but also step out and consistently hit the mid-range jumper. He is projected at the NAIA level and has the chance to turn into an impact player over four years at the NAIA Division II level or NCAA Division III. Gondal plays very smart on the floor at the four. He stands roughly at 6'5″ in the post. Gondal can bang in the paint and fight for rebounds. Noble is a team not many would put on there calendar to watch, but NAIA and NCAA Division III schools should give them a look with Gondal and Daniel Lee on the floor. Both are solid 2016 prospects.
