I liked Walker’s frame for a rising freshman guard, showing the ability to bring the ball up the court while also making plays as a pick and roll ball handler and decision maker. Walker’s frame and length also allowed him to contest straight up against layups, causing misses at the rim. With Walker’s combination of size, ball handling ability and a frame that will continue to fill out with maturity and work in the weight room, he projects as an impact player at the varsity level sooner rather than later in his high school career.
