Charlie has a high-level understanding of the game. He’s extremely deceptive off the dribble and has the type of wiggle that can leave defenders looking lost. He played in every game for the Bears last season and should be a more significant rotation piece in the near future. His 17U reps with 502 Elite this summer will serve him well in the feat along with his confidence. Expect a lot more people to be familiar with his name come this time next year.

Allen has been playing up a grade level at times this spring and looks like he could be setting up for a breakout season at Spencer County. Charlie has shown the ability to get to his spots on the offensive end but also excels as a facilitator who doesn’t always have to score the ball to be effective.

Allen showed some intriguing potential as a combo guard who could play on or off the ball for 502 Elite 16 U. Allen knocked down shots off the catch, made nice swing passes to shooters and found cutters for layups. Allen got low on drives and could thread the needle with pocket passes to teammates through tight angles. Talented 2028 guard prospect who could have a breakout junior season for a Spencer County squad that should be one of the best in their region.

Allen was a tough floor general who didn’t back down from any matchups on Sunday. Charlie consistently battled on both ends of the court and held his own. More of a facilitator than a scorer in the camp setting, Allen didn’t force any offense and was a star in his role for a team that was the most talented in the event.
