Hoover first caught our attention during the 3-on-3 portion of the Prep Hoops Indiana Sophomore ID Camp. The 6’2″ wing hit a tough side step three on the right wing showing off a smooth, left-handed stroke and impressive footwork. Then, in 5-on-5 action he had a tough transition finish off of a throw ahead. The LaPorte High School product showed impressive athleticism and versatility on both ends of the floor.
