I got to see Ty Shine Ty Shine 6'2" | CG Fox Creek | 2027 SC running with Fox Creek for the first time at the Glymph League this week. Although they are still clearly learning how they want to play and what roles everyone will have, it was still good to see how the pieces are beginning to fall into place. Shine is definitely scoring-minded with the ball in his hands and will be one of the best tough-shot makers in the state, but he is a lot more advanced with his passing than I expected. He had 9 assists between the two games I watched this week, impressing with his desire to get others involved and his overall offensive skill set.

Shine finished the spring on a strong note with 4:44 Athletics on the PUMA PRO16 circuit. A talented scoring guard, he is capable of creating his own offense and generating quality looks in a variety of ways. Shine can score at all three levels, but he is particularly effective in the midrange and around the rim, where his body control, shot making touch, and ability to create separation allow him to excel. He does a good job attacking gaps in the defense, getting downhill, and converting difficult shots in traffic. As his perimeter consistency continues to develop, his offensive arsenal becomes even more dangerous. With his scoring instincts, shot creation ability, and productive finish to the spring, Shine is a guard who continues to trend upward heading into the summer evaluation periods.

Shine is a high-scoring guard who consistently creates his own offense. The junior is averaging 20.4 points per game and scores efficiently at all three levels. He is at his best in the midrange and when attacking the rim, where he uses his skill and aggressiveness to put pressure on the defense. His ability to generate shots in late-clock situations makes him a reliable offensive option for his team.

The junior is a 21 point per game scorer for 8-4 Bulldogs. Shine is a scoring guard who can create his own offense and is best in the midrange and at the rim. He plays with a high level motor and can play with or without the ball in his hands.

Transferred to Harlem from Augusta Christian. Efficient scorer who averaged 17.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.4 steals. Holds offers from Tulane and Kennesaw State.
