A guy who played on the Prep Hoops Circuit and got better and better throughout the summer keeps rising up our rankings. Brunswick is playing like one of the top offenses in Ohio and it’s thanks to the skill and shooting ability of guys like Morgan. Everybody knows their role on the team and with the floor spacing the Blue Devils have, they are a tough offense to stop. Morgan has been committed to Hillsdale for a while now and they’ve had success with Brunswick players in the past, Morgan will look to continue that trend when he steps on campus in the fall.

Brunswick absolutely demolished Olmsted Falls to wrap up the event with way too much scoring talent. The Blue Devils have Morgan and another Division II commit in

‘s performance was his efficiency within the offense in the half-court. Knocking down spot-up 3-pointers as well as making a couple nice drives to the basket. I thought Morgan also looked more explosive attacking off the catch making quick rip through moves. Brunswick looks like one of the most explosive offenses in the state and when they are knocking down their jumpers, a team nobody wants to face this season.

Morgan has been a steady contributor on the prep hoops circuit and is showing that he can also make a big impact with his high school program as well. An impressive shooter for his size, Morgan and Brunswick can make it rain from downtown. A mismatch forward, Morgan can take slower defenders off the bounce with a couple and-1 finishes off drives to the hoop. Expect Morgan to have a big year as Brunswick should be one of the top scoring teams in NEO.

Morgan has a confidence and presence to him on the court that I loved to watch. He was playing more of a forward position when I watched him play which speaks to his size because I believe he thrives better on the wing and at that position. He is a strong athlete. He showcased the ability to guard multiple positions and play them as well which speaks to his high IQ. He has a ton of acrobatic finishes that showcased his great body control. Morgan showed some passion and fun when he was playing too. He was in such a rhythm he was just out there hooping and letting the game come to him.

was getting active for Midwest Basketball Club Cleveland in their overtime win over Corey Graham Elite. Morgan was knocking down shots from the perimeter and the wing forward was moving without the basketball to get open on cuts or beyond the arc. Another small detail that goes a long way in Morgan’s game is his defensive communication, calling out screens and switches for his guards. Midwest Basketball Club Cleveland had a perfect weekend in Columbus and Morgan was a big reason why.

Two more prospects from the loaded Midwest Cleveland squad, the best part about this team is that any player can go off in any game.

Brunswick was dominant in their victory over Medina Highland when I saw the Blue Devils this year, so it wasn’t the best scouting experience for Morgan. Despite this, I walked away impressed with his outside shooting ability, athleticism and size from the wing forward position. Brunswick has a ton of shooters, which opens up the floor for Morgan to score in the paint when he wants to but is also dangerous stepping out behind the 3-point line. It sounds like a recurring theme from this article, but I need to watch Morgan again in a more competitive environment to really see his potential.

A new name for me, Morgan was getting it done in a dominant effort by Brunswick with over 50 first half points by the Blue Devils! Morgan knocked down some shots from the outside, had a standstill dunk on the first play of the game and swatted a few shots. The blowout made this not the best game from an evaluation setting, but Morgan went out and dominated, which is what you want to see when a team is more talented than their opponents. Look for Morgan to debut in the rankings during the next update and we’ll look to see him again when Brusnwick plays against similar talent level as themselves.
