Hurd has good positional size at 6’4” on the perimeter for SHG. The upside continues to intrigue with his plus athleticism and two way ability. Like what he brings as a rebounder with his quickness on the offensive glass. Defends on the perimeter. Has burst with the rock and can knock in an occasional spot up jumper.

Hurd was a standout in the first half. The shooting guard has a long and lanky frame with a feathery shot from 15-18 feet. He poured them in throughout the game along with a sweet euro step into a scoop shot. Flashed as a defender as well including blocking a jumper. Notched 10 points.

2027 prospect didn’t have a huge role for SHG. At least when I watched him. But I notice tons of potential. Already has great size for someone his age at 6’3”. Super lengthy. Good on-ball defender.
