is a 2025 six-foot-three-inch wing who’s averaging 17.9 points per game. TPT is a talented outside shooter that has really shown he’s not done getting better and plays really well in a high-paced offense. TPT is a long, good athlete. He projects well as a 3&D type player.
Despite the loss to Park Center, it was another impressive shooting performance from Taigan. Taigan is proving to be one of the best shooters in the state, having hit 41% of his threes at the mid-way point of the season, and likely boosted that percentage a bit against Park Center. He has such a smooth release, and was active off the ball looking for pockets of space to catch and shoot. Taigan knocked down 8 3’s, and found cutting teammates for a handful of assists. Has a projectable frame as well, as he stands at 6’3 with the athleticism to make plays on either end.

– The 2025 wing showed off that quick long-range release Thursday at Elk River scoring a game-high 26 points. Plowman-Tate plays with uptempo all game long, and proved that he can necessarily shoot it to keep the Cardinals in the game.
Taigan had a nice day at The Expo on Sunday, displaying skills that I saw a lot of during the spring and summer. He is a phenomenal shooter, needing to be accounted for from the perimeter whenever he is on the floor. He is also a smart player and makes winning plays everytime I watch him. Plowman-Tate had a great AAU season with Minnesota Crossfire and it looks like he will carry that into his senior season at Coon Rapids.

is a six-foot-three-inch 2025 guard from Coon Rapids and played MN Crossfire
Young. Plowman-Tate can play between the 2 and 3 positions pretty interchangeably. He’s a really good outside shooter, and proved nothing has changed in that regard knocking down multiple 3-pointers in the game vs Team 9. At the expo I liked that he took charge of handling the ball more, and showed he can handle the ball some. He size and length gives him versatility on the wing and I liked that he took the challenge of defending the best scorer at the Expo.
Taigan put together the best shooting performance I saw all weekend on Sunday, as he drained his first six attempts from beyond the arc against ABC Young Lions
. At 6’3 he’s a long and lanky wing prospect with fluid athleticism and some springiness when attacking the basket. On Saturday he impressed with some strong finishes at the rim and a couple of blocks, but Sunday was when he showed just how good of a shooter he is. Taigan is a very unselfish player who wasn’t forcing his own game, and instead just worked off the ball to find open space within the flow of the offense. Shot the lights out leading his team to a win on Sunday afternoon.
Taigan had already made an impression when I watched him play on Saturday, but was lights out in a matchup with ABC Young Lions
on Sunday. The athletic 6’3 wing-guard was absolutely on fire from beyond the arc. If he caught with a bit of space from three, he was putting a shot up and jogging back with three more points on the board for his team. At one point I believe he had made 5 or 6 straight from beyond the arc, and they were all coming within the flow of the offense. Did a great job of staying active off the ball to find pockets of space to catch and shoot. Combines that shooting ability with fluid athleticism in a long 6’3 frame.
