About Abdiwak

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a 6'3" freshman basketball player, and I dominate the court. I excel at making all types of shots, including 3-pointers, mid-range, and layups. My defensive skills are top-notch, allowing me to effectively shut down my opponents. I play with unwavering sportsmanship and confidence in my abilities.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a good sportsmanship attitude, I bring positive energy to the game, inspiring my teammates and making key assists. I believe teamwork is essential for our success.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Nope

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I bring a unique positive energy to the game. I stay focused and motivate my teammates to push through challenges until the final buzzer. With my keen ability to read the court and make precise assists, I contribute to our success. I strongly believe that teamwork is vital for winning and elevating our team.

A D1 college that will provide me with a good chance of getting in to the NBA and provide me with a great education.

There is a lot of upside to the game style that Abdiwak Olana competes with. He has size as a guard at 6’3, he is used to playing physical no matter where he is on the floor, and he can lead by example as a team’s best overall prospect – just like he did earlier today in their victory. My only note for him to get better is become more and more efficient as he gets older. He checks off a lot of boxes that college recruiters are going to have, he just needs to keep fine tuning everything but even with that being said, he was hands-down when of the best overall hoopers we saw this morning.
