Father played basketball at Rider University, and he has followed in his footsteps with a strong presence on the court. He logged significant playing time this season, showcasing a reliable mid-range game and excelling within seven feet of the basket. Good 2- 3 step to the basket. Last season, he competed with the NJ Bulldogs , further developing his skill set.

A potential breakout game for the young forward was thwarted by a first half leg injury, but Wicks showed a lot of early promise during his short stint.
