La Salle got off to a blazing start this season and while they’ve cooled off recently with losses to GCL rivals, Robertson’s production has not as the second leading scorer in the GCL-South. Robertson is just a flat-out competitor who contributes to winning on both ends of the court. The Lancers finally snapped a four-game losing streak with a blowout win over Elder as Robertson led the way with 16 points. After getting past their losing streak, I expect La Salle to rack up some wins before a potential deep playoff push in a wide-open Division III SW region.

I’ll take the La Salle trio of Robertson, Cj Davis Cj Davis 6'1" | SG La Salle | 2028 State OH and Shamari Scales Shamari Scales 6'7" | C La Salle | 2027 State OH to win a high school game any day of the week. This trio is tough, physical and do a majority of the heavy lifting on both ends of the court for the Lancers. Robertson had a tip in layup, scored off a cut, had a strong putback off a fourth chance opportunity and hit a time and space 3-pointer. The game doesn’t have to be complicated for you to succeed as a scorer and Robertson is the definition of that, a strong wing guard who won’t blow you away with crossovers, but he knows how to play and is productive within a system. A player who will translate well to the college level.

Cincinnati La Salle graduated a lot of senior talent from last year’s team which has allowed a player like Robertson to go from a complimentary piece to one of the main options offensively. A physical guard, Robertson has the frame to play at the college level and uses that to create contact on drives to finish through traffic. Connecting on just 12 3-pointers last season, I expect a sharp increase in that number as a senior as Robertson has shown the ability to space the floor off the catch. Look for Robertson to be one of the breakout seniors in Cincinnati this season.
