Expert Analysis

We obviously have been well aware of Fetz’ scoring ability, but admittedly he isn’t a prospect that we have seen a ton of over the last couple of years. However, when we got the chance to see him on Sunday, he immediately delivered. Fetz made four three-point shots in the first few minutes of the game and went on to finish with an incredible 26 points and 11 assists. His combination of shot-making and playmaking is very impressive. You can see him play this summer with Summit City Elite – Vance 16u.

Fetz is one of the best pure scorers in Indiana’s Class of 2028 but has flown a bit under-the-radar to this point. The talented 6’1″ guard has already turned in some huge scoring performances this spring with Summit City Elite – Vance 16u. He is a good shooter from beyond the arc, but is really gifted and attacking the basket and scoring at the end of his drives. Fetz will be attending Blackford High School as a junior after spending his first two seasons at Mississinewa.

This guy can flat out fill it up. Fetz had some of the most impressive individual performances of the summer playing with Summit City Elite Black. He is an outstanding shot creator for himself with some legitimate three-level scoring ability. The 5’10” guard can really stretch the floor with his shooting ability, but is also comfortable getting downhill to the basket. Look for him to put up some big numbers this season at Mississinewa High School. Fetz is now ranked #39 in the class.

Fetz put up massive numbers throughout the spring, and we had the opportunity to see him a bit for Summit City Elite Black 15u, but we definitely need to continue to evaluate him more to figure out exactly where he stacks up among guards not just in his area but in the state as a whole. The 5’10” guard is a dynamic playmaker, very good three-point shooter, and capable shot-creator from all three levels. He was the leading scorer at Mississinewa as a freshman putting up 12.9 points per game while shooting 45-115 (39.1%).
