Villagrana put on a show Friday night, especially on the defensive end. He made quick adjustments on the fly and didn’t let anyone get easy looks at the rim. In the pick-and-roll, he played it super smart always making the right read, whether it was sticking with the ball handler or switching off to the cutter. When it came to boards, he was cleaning things up, grabbing defensive rebounds and getting his team out in transition in a hurry
