Previously committed to Saint Mary of the Woods, Floyd reopened his recruitment after a coaching change at the school. The athletic 6’4″ wing is an excellent rebounder from the perimeter, is really good in transition, and finishes up above the rim at the end of his drives. He averaged 14.9 points and 10.0 rebounds per game while helping lead Gary 21st Century to a Class 2A Semi-State appearance. Floyd definitely can be a nice late pickup for someone at the small college level.
