Known best for his ability to knock down catch-and-shoot jumpers, Jaimet was accurate with those – especially from the corners – but he was far from a one-trick pony. The Westside Christian junior was able to show he could create off the dribble and score near the hoop a little, and also impressive was his willingness and ability to pass to open teammates.

Quinten Jaimet Quinten Jaimet 6'0" | PG/CG Westside Christian | 2027 State OR provided a spark when it mattered most, playing a key role in Westside’s fourth-quarter comeback. A confident, streaky shooter who plays with poise, he brought high energy and knocked down timely shots on his way to 15 points. Jaimet also contributed as a solid ball handler and held his own defensively as a capable on-ball defender, giving Westside a valuable boost down the stretch.

Jaimet is a flat-out shooter who consistently stretches the floor with his range. An athletic, hard-working guard, he also brings value on the defensive end as a good on-ball defender and contributes on the glass as a decent rebounder. Earlier this season, Jaimet set a program record by knocking down 11 three-pointers in a single game. He finished this one with 11 points, continuing to show why he’s one of the top juniors in 3A.

Jaimet proved to be a dependable shooter with range, while also handling the ball decently and contributing as a team player. His willingness to move the ball and space the floor added value. His shooting ability makes him a dangerous perimeter option.
