Woodson brings a high-motor, high-activity profile that translates well in transition-heavy systems. Playing on the EYBL circuit, he’s been tested against top competition and shows comfort operating in pace-and-space environments. At 6’8”, he runs the floor hard, finishes plays, and contributes without needing the ball to stick. His defensive value comes from effort, mobility, and willingness to switch. New Mexico State adds a forward who impacts the game through energy and movement.

Dynamic Prep has soared up the national team rankings this season with Woodson making a big early impact this season. Despite an injury taking him out for the majority of the year, Woodson is still a prospect to watch nationally and is through the first few stages of recovering from his wrist injury. After a strong summer with Drive Nation on the EYBL circuit, Woodson graded highly in dunks and steals for the team and was prioritized by Division I programs. Signed to New Mexico State, Woodson should have an opportunity to play early at the college level once he gets back to 100% on the court and would be a name to monitor this winter.

was the ultimate defensive anchor, a high-major, multi-level stopper with elite physical tools and off-the-charts instincts. His strength, lateral mobility, and freakish wingspan make him a matchup nightmare for opposing bigs. He excelled in drop coverage, quickly reading ball-handler intentions and exploding into contests while maintaining verticality. In the post, he maintained a low, wide base, denied deep seals, and disrupted entry passes with active hands. As a weak-side rim protector, he erased shots at the rim, timing his rotations with pinpoint accuracy and often meeting attempts at the apex. A true one-man help-side eraser, Woodson was everywhere defensively and played with a motor that never shut off.

After an impressive showing in Kansas City, where Woodson looked healthy and explosive. He followed it up by putting together a consistent and strong week to close EYBL regular season play. He was in double figures in all four games. Including a dominating 17 point and 10 rebound performance in a win against MOKAN.
The Oklahoman, who now goes to school in Texas, has always been a high upside prospect. And now as he settles into the stretch run for his prep career, his production is matching his potential, at the highest levels. He’s strong like a bull, with good explosiveness for his size. When he’s determined to get on the class, he’s proving few in the country can contain him. Which is a trait that will serve him well at the next level.

was an impactful, highly skilled forward playing with dynamic force thanks to his physical strength, footwork, face-up skill set, and elite feel as a playmaker. Good face up and back-to-the-basket footwork using step through pivots and reverse pivots to counter or off set his defender. Woodson displayed no issue establishing position on the ball side block, using a balanced stance with a low strong base. Woodson was also an effective screen setter, usually positioning his pick to send his guards down the middle of the lane. Woodson also proved to be a beast on the glass, not just because of his vertical leap, but because of how he positioned his body, sealed defenders, and attacked the ball off the rim with ferocity.
