is one of the best dribble-penetrating lead guards in the state. He combines elite power and quickness when attacking the lane, often playing off two feet, which helps him to initiate and absorb contact while maintaining excellent body control. His ability to finish through traffic makes him an everlasting offensive threat from the tip to the buzzer.

was the fastest player on the court at all times, excelling at using his speed and quickness to find cutters and shooters while on the move, showing very impressive court vision and the ability to create for others off of the penetration. Also, a gracefully leaper who leaves his feet with effortless bounce showing true potential to playing above the rim consistently.

went crazy in the third quarter, bringing electrifying energy as he made play after play. Turning his defense into offense, he secured steals and finished at the basket. His ability to get downhill and score through contact not only led to free throws but also rallied his team back from a double-digit deficit. He was so hot that he eventually hit a ridiculous buzzer-beating three-pointer, giving the Raiders their biggest lead of the game heading into the fourth quarter. Creating and scoring incredibly well in one-on-one situations, he sized up defenders with in-and-out dribbles, between-the-legs moves, and slight stop-and-start bounces, blowing by them to the rack with an explosive first step that caught defenders off guard. Proving to be the toughest player on the floor, Overstreet relentlessly drove inside despite being fouled or knocked down to the floor. His exceptional playmaking abilities in the 4th quarter put the finishing touch on the game, as he attracted attention before dropping off multiple bounce passes to his teammates while driving to the rack, even making the assist that tied the game with less than 10 seconds on the clock, pushing the game into overtime. He put on a show, played with a will to win, and helped deliver what might be the biggest upset of the playoffs thus far.

2025 Parker Overstreet was a smooth operator in a OT loss to Grapevine. His handles are top notch and he uses a patient attack to set up defenders with his quick first step. True PG, works well with others he has a natural unselfish nature that allows him to distribute the ball and get his teammates open looks. He dished out some beautiful assist on his way to basket and even gets a little fancy with them. Finishing wise he was tough, he had a couple and 1 finishes that really got his team going, his game reminded me of Kyrie Irving a bit. Defensively is where the bonus was for me and I’m sure it;; be the same for any coaches watches, he has a crazy bounce that lets him hang in the air blocking several shots and getting deflections on guys that were 6’5 – 6’10. Yes your read that right, he is bouncy and uses all his athleticism to make up for his size on both ends. Returning from a first team all district bid, Parker is looking to make some real noise this year and off to a good start. Make sure he’s on your radar for Wylie East

This kid was a relentless and aggressive attacker of the lane, he made it look easy beating his man off the dribble in isolation and getting into the teeth of the defense where he was a master of finishing tough layups and drawing contact that resulted in foul calls.
