Let’s just stick in the same District 49 as Ross above. I’ve got my eye on a potential rematch for Goodrich in the finals. LePla is one of the biggest matchup nightmares in the state and has the ability to help Goodrich beat basically anyone at anytime.

I’m pretty sure nobody could ever give me a reason to not have LePla on this list. His size, athleticism and versatility in all aspects of his game make him a perfect fit in today’s game. LePla can attack outside-in as well as inside-out and he’s a true 3 level scorer. He’d be a showcase player with tons of eyes on him and his game.

I’ve always really liked LePla’s game. He’s a versatile forward that can cause all sorts of matchup issues for opponents. LePla can score from inside as well as out and is an underrated overall athlete.

LePla’s game has made a lot of noise this season. Let’s be real, his game has always been top notch. But his combination of size, explosiveness and ball skills has been impossible to ignore. LePla has shown the ability to dominate a game in so many ways. He can score and finish with power, control the glass and is a much improved passer.

LePla is a gifted all around athlete and player. His inside-out and outside-in play made him so tough too defend. LePla had some huge games in key moments of a nice playoff run.

LePla could be the X-factor in this game that pushes Goodrich to a win. The double-double machine will draw a lot of defensive attention, but that rarely slows him down. If LePla can still get his while drawing the defense, it’s going free up some other scorers for Goodrich as well.

LePla is definitely a matchup nightmare for Goodrich opponents. Put a bigger player on him, he can work from the outside with a pretty hesitation dribble as well as crossing over in either direction. Put a smaller player or wing on LePla and he can take them down low and do his work from the block. He has a very intriguing combination of strength, size and athleticism that’s just really hard to match up with. We haven’t even talked about LePla’s court vision yet. The young man sees the floor and can put pretty nice touch on his passes. His well rounded game has next level coaches paying attention.

Lepla has been a stat keepers villain this season. He’s averaging right around 20 points per game and adding an eye popping 14 boards per contest. He can finish with power as well as play with finesse.
