A multi-sport standout from Florida, Nelson transferred up to Spire to focus on his basketball game and has gotten some experience with the national team already this season. With a great frame and the ability to power through players in the paint for finishes and rebounds, Nelson was a standout performer at the CREI showing off his soft touch, ability to finish from the dunker spot and rebounding ability. A clear Division I talent, Nelson holds an early offer from Jacksonville but will likely see his recruitment spike this summer.
