Eric Wallace | Prep Hoops Scout
Providence’s senior guard was outstanding in two wins for the Stallions in Punta Gorda, setting the tone with his energy and competitiveness on both ends of the floor. The Jacksonville State signee played with consistent aggression, using his high-level athleticism to attack the rim, create for teammates, and defend multiple positions. His improved jump shot was evident, adding another dimension to his offensive game, and he finished with 18 points on Saturday to help Providence hold off a tough Coral Glades squad.

Read EvaluationEric Wallace | Prep Hoops Scout
The Providence School wing and Jacksonville State signee has been consistently productive in his first year with the Stallions averaging 13.6 points and 6.4 rebounds per contest. Christie is an ultra athletic, attacking wing who continues to trend up. His motor always seems to run high, he can get downhill off the bounce and his perimeter jump shot is much improved. He is able to guard multiple positions, which should give him a chance to see the floor early for the Gamecocks next fall.

Christie is a dynamic 6-2 guard with a developing scoring arsenal. Whether finishing above the rim, pulling up from mid-range, or knocking down deep shots, he plays with confidence and control. His ability to score in bunches while also creating for teammates has made him one of the fastest risers in our latest rankings update.
