Billings is a tweener forward prospect at 6-foot-5 with good length and rebounding skills out of New Hanover High who continues to rise in the 2025 class. He’s having another productive season in their frontcourt and remains a target for DII and DIII programs in the region to target. He’s putting up 10.2 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.3 steals per contest as the Wildcats are 10-2 and 4-0 already in 3A/4A Mideastern Conference action. Look for him to play a role in another deep run in the NCHSAA State Playoffs this season.

He finished with 19 points and three rebounds as he paced the frontcourt with his ability to finish around the rim and stretch the floor with his shooting. Billings continues his ascent up the 2025 rankings in the latest update out of New Hanover. He put up 12.3 PPG, 7.3 RPG, 2.1 APG, 1.8 SPG and 1.0 BPG as a versatile presence for the Wildcats as they made it to the NCHSAA 4A Championship game. He was quite the force on the rebounding front as he also notched nine double-doubles and showed his worth in creating in getting to the rim. He’ll be a prospect to keep an eye on with Flight 22 on the grassroots scene.

He’s a physical, high motor forward that has been known to just outwork and out-tough guys on the offensive end, but is really showing major growth in his shot creation and scoring abilities.
