Now in the class of 2026 in America, Janicic will play for Spire’s post-grad team alongside other prospects in our top 10 like Collin Ross Collin Ross 6'10" | C Spire Institute | 2026 State #89 Nation OH and Jackson Williams Jackson Williams 6'4" | SG Spire Institute | 2026 State OH . Janicic is a jumbo creator who can play on or off the ball and is an elite passer. I’ll be curious how his recruitment shapes up from NCAA programs, lots of schools have been targeting international prospects, especially late in the recruiting cycle, Janicic could be an early target playing next to Ross and Williams, who each bost double-digit Division I offers.

Coming to Spire’s post grad team, Janicic really stood out for PG Elite 16 U due to his high level feel for the game. An impressive passer who doesn’t force the issue, Janicic was setting the table at a high level for his teammates. Known as a knockdown shooter, Janicic also impressed with a couple tough 3-pointers off movement. With international experience for north Macedonia at the youth level in events such as basketball without borders, Janicic comes to Ohio with plenty of talent and experience and has the opportunity to hit the ground running with Spire’s post grad squad.

I caught PG Elite 16 U and left really impressed with Janicic, a very skilled wing who made shots off the catch and set up his teammates for easy looks. Janicic was running off screens and spotting up to fire away from 3-point range and connected on an average of three 3-pointers per contest. However, I was most impressed by his pace and passing ability, not being rushed on the ball and ending the weekend with a 13/3 A/TO ratio. High level prospect in the 2027 class with Macedonian ties and he already competed at basketball without borders and impressed.
