About Nico

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High-effort shooter who moves well off the ball, spaces the floor, and makes the right play.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Confident, team-first competitor who stays locked in, plays with effort, and does whatever it takes to win. I started high school academics not great but have since improved and have all A's and one high B in a college level class.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Developed strong teamwork, communication, and accountability through basketball I learned to lead by effort, staying prepared, and making the right play for the team.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I had a tough Junior season, I faced a lot of adversity. I didn't start the year shooting good and I was in my head a lot and was at a low point in my life, but I battled through it and learned even at your lowest you have to stay positive.

Ballard moved exceptionally well without the ball, creating open space and getting his shot off quickly. He got hot early in the season, dropping nine threes in the opener, repeating the feat in the next game, and following it up with seven more against Ryle.
