When it comes to his defense, Pomerantz battles in the paint and can limit opposing forward’s production. Plus he secures a good amount of rebounds. All in all, he’s a big time contributor and there’s a great chance he leads the Crusaders in the scoring department.

On the defensive end, he covered ground well and altered opponents’ shots. Although the Crusaders came up short, Pomerantz made his presence felt throughout the game.

I liked what I saw from Neil Pomerantz on Thursday. He put his scoring prowess on display, gaining inside position against his man and scoring some second-chance points when the opportunity arose. I also liked how he was throwing outlet passes after rebounds, helping his team get out in transition. In addition to his play on offense, he had a couple of swats on defense, and he appears ready to take on a much larger role with the Crusaders.
