I saw Nathan running with Minnesota Takeoff 16u over the weekend, where he showcased his versatility at 6’5. He can create his own looks off the dribble, is comfortable playing out of the post, and has soft touch to finish from a variety of angles. Nathan is a fluid athlete with a long frame at 6’5, and defended just about every spot on the floor in the game I watched. Someone who is able to pull in a defensive rebound and can instantly start the break on their own, as he can effortlessly weave in and out of defenders in the open floor.

Nathan long is a nice looking prospect to keep an eye on moving forward. Like a couple others on this list he’s someone who can play the 3 or 4 due to how he moves at his size. I really liked his activity off the ball with Minnesota Lightning, cutting hard and crashing the glass looking to pick up some high percentage looks inside. Made an impact defensively as someone who could move his feet to get into position to protect the rim, while also being able to move laterally out on the perimeter. Helped control the glass with his rebounding.
