Fenton made a big impact for Alter in an overtime thriller they came up just short on. Fenton was rebounding the ball at a high level. Fenton also flashed ball handling ability and can knock down perimeter shots off the catch. On a senior laden Alter squad, Fenton provides nice energy and floor spacing before he is set to become a primary scoring option next season.

One of the more talented 2026 prospects in the Dayton area, Fenton Jr has really developed as a scorer this spring after playing a bench role for the state champion Alter Knights as a Sophomore. I like the size and shooting ability of Fenton Jr from the wing forward position. If Fenton can continue to develop a feel and make quicker decisions with the ball in his hands, he has the frame and scoring talent to be a matchup nightmare.

A player who got bench minutes on the Division II state champions, Fenton appeared in all 30 games this season. Averaging 3.3 points and 2.7 rebounds per game, Fenton Jr was a valuable piece to his team as just a Sophomore. Flashing even more upside on the grassroots circuit, Fenton Jr looks the part with how he moves at his size. In the state semifinals, Fenton Jr flashed perimeter shooting ability with a pair of made 3-pointers. I expect Fenton Jr to continue to improve and Kettering Alter will once again be expecting to make a deep tournament run with a stacked 2025 group returning alongside Fenton Jr in the 2026 class.
