Expert Analysis
Andrew Herman | Prep Hoops Scout
Primas can play any position you put him in because of his athletic ability and long size allowing him to guard anyone while also being able to bring up the ball. Primas looks to control the inside game looking to take advantage of mismatches. He can fly in for the slam cutting to the rim and can grab any rebound that comes his way. He is quick on his feet giving him the ability to switch onto anyone when playing defense.

Primas is a hybrid forward that can play multiple positions throughout a game as well as guard them. At 6’4″ with a long reach, Primas can make up for missed assignments from his teammates as he will look to contest any shot that goes up even if it’s not in his area. His recovery time is what makes him a feared shot-blocker with him constantly swatting shots within one possession. Primas can switch onto quick guards and switch onto players who are bigger than him.

Primas is a two-way threat that can take over games because of his ability to score and defend all five positions. He attacks the rim with no fear and goes up strong over multiple defenders looking to draw fouls. He can throw it down over taller defenders and has a nice shot from downtown in catch-and-shoot situations. On defense, Primas is a high-flying shot blocker that can get into the passing lanes.
