This long, athletic prospect may be one of the top defenders in the state. He is a great communicator on defense and is a force in the middle with his ability to alter and block shots. Mayfield is a staple down low for Edgewater but also has the quickness and athleticism to go outside and lock down the guards. Offensively, he can finish at the hoop with both hands, and is explosive off the floor where he likes to play above the rim.
