He’s a guard who can score the rock in bunches and has the ability to score in creative ways around the paint. Does equally well going off one foot or two, with various footwork and gathers, mixing up the timing of shots, and playing with different speeds when he gets in close. Can hit the three at a good clip and makes some great reads defensively off the ball to pick off long passes, and can turn up the pressure on the ball.

Turner is a pretty effective downhill driver who can get to the middle and make plays in the paint. He’s got an attacking mindset, will take advantage of slow setting defenses in transition, and has the ability to make plays defensively with his anticipation in passing lanes. His scoring and playmaking made a big impact at Emerald Ridge this past season and he’s a guard who plays with a lot of energy.

Turner is a big energy guy for the Jags who can swing games with his relentless play. He’s a guy who can knock down the outside shot but does best getting downhill, using his strength and some quick footwork to attack angles and get to the hoop. He goes hard to the hoop, plays through contact well, and applies that hustle to the defensive end to get deflections up top and create run-outs.
