About Miles

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a 6’4”, 180-lb combo guard with the ability to score and facilitate at a high level. I thrive off locking a player up and great defense. I am highly coachable and my greatest strength is being a team-first, pass-first guard who values making the right basketball play. I see the floor well, make smart and unselfish decisions, and will consistently pass up a good shot to create a great one.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am an outgoing, charismatic leader who brings energy and positivity to every team environment. I communicate well, lead by example, and help elevate those around me. Known for my sense of humor and optimism, I stay composed under pressure and work to find the best solution in every situation while keeping the team focused on success.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I was elected to a member of the National Society of High School Scholars NSHSS I am a coach for an AAU team, Mercury Elite I am a mentor of Junior High School in the Business Incubator program I am a volunteer at Sunrise Senior Living I am a volunteer at Future Huskies Basketball Feeder Program

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I faced the challenge of moving to a new state and school when I was in Junior High. It was challenging leaving the friends I made, the teams I have played on for years and adapting and making new friends and finding my place on new sports teams.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm looking for a college that I can continue my academic and athletic career. A college that values me, believes in my and my ability and supports my growth in both the classroom and on the court.

Balanced even keeled interior small forward with smart IQ. Competitively tough throughout entire game vs talented opponent. Catch in paint then pump fake to rise defender and finish. Caught it at ft line again to rip through and convert off glass. Miles can fill it up in the paint vs more height or length. Remains active in different phases on both ends and that’s why he’s so impactful. Finished with game high 23 in poised fashion. Will make impact in the 3 or 4 spots at next level.
