Michael Ratliffe is an athletic forward with guard-like skills and a modern big’s versatility. At 6’8, he handles the ball exceptionally well for his size and is comfortable pushing the break after grabbing a rebound. He runs the floor with purpose, often beating other bigs down the court for easy finishes.

Ratliffe can score in multiple ways—he’s capable of posting up smaller defenders, but appears to be at his best facing up and attacking off the dribble. He uses his quickness to get by opposing bigs and has no problem finishing through contact at the rim. Ratliff has a reliable outside shot, he’s a frontcourt player who can stretch the floor and create mismatches all over.

Michael Ratliffe is quickly becoming one of the west coast most intriguing 2028 prospects.
