After a slow start and some foul trouble in the first half, Mekhi came back and dominated in the second. The shifty senior was finding success getting to his spots in the mid-range, and the pull-up jumper was falling at a high percentage. Has good footwork to pull-up with his feet squared to the basket allowing him to hit his shots consistently. Mekhi also picked up assists in a number of ways. He could dish off a last second pass in transition, get in the lane and kick it out to an open shooter, and he also had the vision to launch deep passes up the floor to catch the defense sleeping. Helped lead Golda Meir to a win over Audubon Tech.
