The incoming freshman class at East Chicago Central has a good deal of talent. They had a few guys playing at the varsity level for them throughout the month of June. Gillis is one that really stood out both with the Cardinals and on the grassroots circuit with Darius Garland Elite . The dynamic 5’10” point guard is an excellent playmaker that should make an instant impact in the backcourt this coming winter.
