Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
A pass-first guard who always looks for the right play. I can control the game and play at a pace that allows our team to be successful. I can score the ball from all four levels and I am a consistent shooter and I can get to the rim at will, however I always look for the best shot for the team. My basketball IQ enhances my defense and I can defend anyone on the court, both on and off the ball.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am a strong leader and a great teammate, who is very coachable. On the court, I am willing to do anything to help my team win, whether that is scoring a limited amount of points or an exceptional number of points. I was in the gym 25/8 year around and can play the entire game without breaks if needed. While my game speaks for itself, I remain humble and stay in the lab, striving for greatness.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Yes, I have earned All A’s and only one B since elementary school. I am an exceptional student who’s always on honor roll. I attended the Sudbrook Magnet Middle Schools, which is one of the best middle schools in Maryland, and earned the opportunity to attend the McDonogh School, which is one of the best schools in Maryland. I was a member of the National Junior Honors Society and play the sax.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I was a captain of the Maryland Legends, the first two-time captain at the Sudbrook Magnet Middle School, and only the second player in 18 years to make the team three years in a row. I was also apart of the “Green Team” program, which was an afterschool club dedicated to community service.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
As a 14 year old freshman, I made the varsity basketball team at McDonogh School, which competes in the MIAA A-Conference, the best conference in Maryland. Throughout my entire basketball career, I have had to continuously compete against teams full of reclassified players, however, that has not prevented me from winning championships and building recognition nationally on the Maryland Legends.
What type of college are you looking for?
I would prefer an Ivy League school, however, I am open to attending a school with a rich history of academic success that is committed to developing and striving for championships.
The college must have an accredited program in Business Administration and offer said Master degree.
Additionally, I want a school that values Scholar Athletes who play basketball and generate revenues.
