True shooters are in short supply nowadays, but Mouton could end up being a premier shooter in the state with his current foundation and serious one-dribble pull-up.

Mouton will be a perfect fit in High School because he is a simple player. His skills translate in any system. He can hit open shots when given to him (from way out there). When the long shot is not there he makes quick decisions to get into the one dribble mid range shot. When that is not there, he will get to the rim and finish. He is a Freshman, and with 99% of his class he just has to grow and build his body, but in the mean time, his skill will earn him minutes.
