14.3 pts 11.3 reb (5.7 off) – 63% FG
Heide was a force inside all tournament. He had the most offensive rebounds, seven more than the next player. He was the only player to average a double-double at the tournament, and was consistent, notching one in each of Mount Si’s three games. His best game came against Puyallup where he scored 20 points to go along with 14 boards (six offensive) while shooting 9-of-12 from the field. He was efficient and consistent, and played a big role in the Wildcats rebounding from a tough quarterfinal loss to claim fourth-place at the tournament.

Marcus has solid size and frame while being able to play a variety of positions for Mount Si. He mostly plays inside the arc for the Wildcats, being strong down low in the paint and being able to match up nicely against bigger framed players. He is a great defensive player, always being attentive to the ball and his man while being able to defend any positions on the court.

Not super tall at 6-foot-4 while primarily playing inside but has some good strength and fight to bump on the blocks and compete on the glass. Should be one of their more relied on bigs next season when he’ll get a chance to get a little more time on the floor but had some good showings this season with a decent foundation for scoring inside, defending on the blocks, and keeping possessions alive with tip outs and rebounds.
