Ford was another Wildcat getting it done at the Tacoma Dome. His impact was felt all-around the floor, and he showed off that athleticism, power, and footwork the make him so special. He started the tournament off with back-to-back double-doubles, and he just had this relentless determination to get to the rim.

Ford led the game with his 23 points and was nearly unstoppable with his determination to get to the rim. He started the game with a three and then a big alley-oop, and continued his assault on the rim with aggressive transition takes and some strong slashes, splitting defenders and getting all the way to the hoop.

Ford makes his season debut tonight, and has already accumulated a long list of Division One offers over his high school career. The explosive wing is one of the more dynamic athletes in this 2026 class and really showed improvements last season as a multi-level scorer.

Lattimore is ready to dominate his junior year, trying to lead Mount Si to a state championship win. Ford has all the makings of a D1 player, having many offers from big time schools too with his senior year still to go. He finished the game by dropping 24 points, 14 rebounds, and 8 assists.

Ford is really a guy you have to try to get up into because he has shown time and again how he can abuse defenders who back off by getting downhill with his quickness and strength. All he needs is a slight edge to force his way to the hoop, and with his leaping ability there are not many guys who will shut him down at the rim. He continually wins with his first step, shot the three-ball pretty well too, and was able to show off some playmaking and vision off of his downhill attacks.

His day was cut short due to a tweaked hammy but Ford was a dominant downhill presence while he was out there. Pretty much unstoppable once he got defenders backpedaling and had several dunks high above the rim. Did a nice job swinging his hips open before attacking downhill and winning that first step. Ran the floor well and went physically unmatched most of the day.

One of the top 2026 players in the state was a pleasure to watch. He is one of the most athletic players I have seen play, flying all over the gym and dunking on people with ease. Ford knocked down the mid-range well, backing down his defenders and hitting his turnaround jumpers easily. He has shown improvement when handling the ball as he was able to find his teammates for easy buckets all weekend.

Latt is the best player in the 2026 class, arguably, and did great things this weekend as he always does. His length and athleticism makes him very hard to matchup against. He displayed great vision on the court all weekend, finding his open teammates when the defense would collapse on him. Ford was hitting mid-range shots snd deep shots too, showcasing a smooth jumper. He is going to dominate all season long next year.

Ford’s easily one of the top athletes in the state but against Glacier Peak in their district championship game he was feeling his jump shot, drilling shots off the dribble and showing how enticing his potential is. He started the game by splashing in a 3 without hesitation, then followed that with an offensive board and put-back, and followed that play up with a smooth contested pullup for a long two. It’s a tantalizing combination of skills that really separates him among most in his class. He continued to score inside and out en route to the victory and if he can shoot like this when their state matchups come around, he’ll be an even bigger problem for any team they face.
