Pfister has waited his turn and has the skill set to become a much bigger piece for the Ramblers next season. He can shoot it from deep and also has the handle to put the ball on the ground. Pfister’s midrange game is another important part of his profile. He is a great defender and willing to put his body on the line for charges.

The thing I like about Pfister is that he’s a creator. His range forces defenders to pick him up higher, and once they do, his handle and first step turn those closeouts into paint touches. He’s comfortable getting into the lane under control and using a floater or midrange pull-up. Pfister always hustles, locks down with hard defense, and plays bigger than his height.

His quickness allows him to blow by defenders, and once he’s in the lane, his impressive footwork and soft touch make him a reliable finisher, even in traffic. Pfister’s mid-range game is something to watch out for. He’s capable of getting his shot off in a variety of ways and even boasts a well-developed floater. He’s always active on the defensive end, whether it’s pressuring ball handlers, getting into passing lanes, or being the first to dive for a loose ball.
