Though small in stature at just 5’3 Magic Xiong uses this to his advantage on the court. With good first step quickness to get the ball up the floor and run the play, he was catching the defense off-guard multiple times and allowing the Blizzard to get plenty of open looks. Xiong has no problem taking shots as well using the quickness to his advantage to gain space and get clean looks. Speed can also work to his advantage down low, making more than a few layups weaving around larger defenders.
