Schechinger became a favorite of mine last season at Regina, and he showed some flashes of why throughout the day. He’s really active on the glass on both ends of the floor, taking advantage of sleepy defenders to pound the offensive glass and get easy putbacks. He aggressively looks to attack hard closeouts, putting the ball on the floor and getting to the rim for finishes or to find open shooters on the opposite side of the floor.
