About Logan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My game is a mix of elite offensive skill and relentless defense. On offense, I’m a crafty playmaker and scorer, combining the vision of Magic Johnson with the smooth handles and shot-creating ability of James Harden and Kyrie Irving. I can break down defenders, hit tough shots, and find my teammates in stride. Defensively, I play with the intensity and grit of Gary Payton and Patrick Beverley.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I'm someone who's always focused and determined to improve, whether it's on the court or in the classroom. I like to keep things light with my sense of humor, but I stay cool and nonchalant, even in high-pressure moments. I don't let things get to me easily, but I'm always pushing myself to get better.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved with Big Game Officials and have earned my basketball referee certificate.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I was a member of the Student Council in Middle school. I volunteer on a regular basis. This past summer I volunteered at a summer camp. I have also volunteered at the food bank.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Being an undersized guard in basketball as a high school freshman comes with its own set of challenges. You're often matched up against bigger, stronger players, and sometimes it feels like you're always fighting an uphill battle to be taken seriously. You have to work twice as hard to find space, whether it's getting past a defender or pulling up for a shot over someone with a longer reach.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that has a great academic program. As far as sports, I want a college that will provide me with an opportunity to show my talents and help me reach my full potential as a student-athlete.
