9/28/24: An epiphany. Truly. Linkoln exploded off two feet, routinely dunking with two hands in the halfcourt setting. When we moved to 5 vs. 5, he was equally adept at slashing and scoring. He was at or near the top tier athletically on the day. Schwass displayed the right mindset too. A bucket or two does not equal domination. After he made an exciting “splash” play, Schwass kept looking for opportunities to get back to the rim. He ‘dropped a Dame’ late in the afternoon, pulling up from 22′ in transition mere moments after he and his teammate hit three-pointers. When he is hitting triples, Schwass is a real problem.
