The state’s best shot blocker, Henning has a lot of long term potential. Landon had offers from SEMO and EKU and should earn more as his Senior season rolls along. With his rim protection and rebounding, Henning has the type of potential that can make him a candidate to start at a lower level and move up in the future.

Landon is an elite rim protector whose college stock is continuing to trend up. Offered by Eastern Kentucky last month, Henning has an emerging offensive game and has a good jumpshot. He has to add strength and bulk but that probably won’t happen until he gets to college. Landon is the type of player who will sign low D1 and end up at the P4 level before his 5 years are up.

Henning ended his weekend as one of the leading rebounders on the UA Rise circuit. He also showed he can stretch the floor, knocking down multiple threes over the weekend. several small D1s and high D2s have reached out with new interest in the Center from Apollo.

Landon averaged 14 and 14 as a Junior and is probably the best shot blocker that Kentucky has to offer in this class. He still has room to bulk up his frame but Henning has shown some skill with the ball in his hands and as a facilitator/passer. At 6’10”, Henning should catch plenty of eyes if he plays well.

Staying in the Junior Class, Henning earned a D1 offer from SEMO this summer and has a chance to earn more over the course of the next year. One of the state’s top shot blockers, Landon needs to continue adding bulk to his frame and improving his offensive game but he has a very high prospect ceiling thanks to his size.

The best shot blocker in the class, Henning has started to turn the corner as a prospect over the last year and recently earned his first D1 offer from SEMO. Landon has some perimeter skills and needs to continue developing his jump shot but not try to become a jump shooter. With his length and athleticism, Landon should make a living on the offensive glass and finishing up lobs.

Another top big man in Kentucky, Henning showed visible signs of improvement on Saturday. Much more comfortable with the ball in his hands in the open floor, Landon was not afraid to take the ball and push the pace on offense. Known mostly for his shot blocking, Henning looks like he’s starting to develop a better skill set and become an even better prospect.

Henning is an elite shot blocker whose offensive game shows flashes of big time potential. Landon has to add bulk and strength to his frame in order to reach his ceiling but the 6’10 center possesses great defensive timing as well as the ability to finish with two hands at the rim. Definitely a player to keep an eye on.

Our top 3 Centers in the class are all bunched up at the 12-15 spots. Landon is an excellent rim protector who has some skill and is comfortable operating out of the high post or on the low block. He still needs to add bulk to his frame but Henning reminds me of Ryan Kalkbrenner at the same age. Both have defensive instincts that cannot be taught and the desire to get better.
