About Landen

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Big man with a high motor. Can step out away from the block and knock down jumpshots. Working on mastering moves in the post. Good rim defender and hunts rebounds.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I look to have impact on the game and understand thats not just scoring. I am working on focusing on the next play. I am vocal and communicate with my teammates and coaches.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have become more of a leader in the classroom as well as the court. I am more confident and strive to be better each day.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have only played basketball for a year so the learning curve has been challenging but it has also motivated me to work hard to become a better player. I also challenge myself with my academics and being a scholar first.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that I am valued as a student and an athlete. I want to go to school somewhere that challenges me and also allows me to flourish as a student.

Campbell has the kind of size and strength most players his age simply don’t possess, and he used it to his advantage all weekend. He was a strong finisher around the basket, converting through contact and controlling space inside. He ran the floor well, consistently getting into position for easy opportunities in transition. On the glass he was active and physical, securing rebounds and extending possessions. His combination of strength, motor and interior presence made him tough to guard and even tougher to keep off the boards throughout the weekend
