Neddenreip is one of the of the more under-the-radar players in the gym this weekend but I think could have a pretty strong showing. Neddenriep an excellent shooter from beyond the arc with the confidence to create his own off of the bounce in ball-screen situations or spot up when playing off of the ball. Don’t let his small size fool you, he can play and do it with toughness.

It was Neddenriep’s shot-making ability that played a big role in Indy Heat – Competitive Greatness 17u overcoming a double-digit deficit to come back and beat Summit City Elite – Black 17u in overtime 73-65. The Brownsburg High School guard finished with 21 points to lead all scorers. Neddenriep an excellent shooter from beyond the arc with the confidence to create his own off of the bounce in ballscreen situations or spot up when playing off of the ball. He has consistently been a go-to scoring threat for his team through the spring and summer months.

Neddenriep was named one of our Prep Hoops Indiana Spring Exposure Session Top Performers. Here is what we had to say about him in our top performers write up following the event…This 5’8″ junior point guard from Brownsburg High School showcased his high-level shooting ability throughout the Prep Hoops Indiana Spring Exposure Session on Sunday. What Needdenriep may lack in size he makes up for in toughness and pure shot-making ability. He won one of the games at the free throw line and was pouring it in from well beyond the arc throughout the event.

When watching Team 8 on Sunday at the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo, this 5’8″ point guard from Brownsburg High School got hot from three-point range knocking in three in the game that I watched. Neddenriep hit two on back-to-back possessions with the second one coming from well beyond the arc off of the dribble. Then, later in the game, he knocked in a third three from deep. That shooting ability helps to extend the defense and open up driving lanes for the smaller guard as well.
