Walters was a solid second option for a Lovett team that had its hands full against a gritty Williston squad. Walters’ most defining characteristic was his offensive tenacity. He did not back down from anyone throughout the entire game, even when the Williston guards in front of him were bigger or stronger. Walters was able to get his shot off on a moment’s notice and was overall a offensive-minded guy who was ready to get a bucket when needed. On a team where Christian Anderson Christian Anderson 6'1" | PG Oak Hill Academy | 2024 State #69 Nation VA takes a lot of the shots, Walters serves as a nice option for removing some of the weight off of his shoulders.
