Another sophomore looking to work his way into the rotation from the JV ranks, Strong impressed with his multi-level scoring punch in the backcourt. On his way to a double-figure effort, he got himself going with a series of resilient downhill drives where he showed an ability to convert under control through traffic. Strong would later show himself to be a capable floor-spacer as a catch-and-shoot threat. We’ll look to see more from his complementary game in future evaluations but Strong’s offensive juice could certainly be a welcome addition to the Wood lineup before too long.
